DISPUTED FRAMES:
In the event of a disputed frame where the referee (if assigned) cannot resolve the issue, the 2 captains must try and settle it in the first instance. If this is not possible then the Regional Director must be contacted to attempt to resolve it. If this is still not possible immediately, the dispute must be put in writing to the Regional Director within 7 days following the match.
If a frame is sent to a dispute, it must be stopped and marked clearly with a capital D at the right and left hand margins of the score sheet on the line pertaining to that frame. The result boxes for that frame must be left blank. The match will carry on without this frame. If for whatever reason the frame is played out to a conclusion, its result will stand.
